Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription to Core Pay Solutions’ payment services at any time by providing written notice. After cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Please note that we do not issue refunds for any unused portion of your subscription term.

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or other policies, you will not be eligible for a refund for the remainder of your subscription period.

Upon cancellation or termination, your account and any related data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We strongly encourage you to download or export any important information before canceling, as we cannot guarantee data recovery once deletion has taken place.

Core Pay Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services—including features, functionality, or offerings—at any time without prior notice. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for any remaining subscription time.
