Core Pay Solutions provides payment processing services on a subscription basis. All subscription fees are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any unused portion of your subscription term.

Core Pay Solutions reserves the right to adjust pricing for our services or individual features at any time. Any pricing changes will take effect in your next billing cycle, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

If your access to our services is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or other valid reasons, you will not be entitled to a refund for any remaining subscription period.

Core Pay Solutions is not liable to you or any third party for modifications, service interruptions, or the discontinuation of any part of our services. Refunds will only be provided as expressly stated in this policy.
